Will my item look EXACTLY like the picture?
The great thing about handmade items is that no two are exactly the same. However, the processes and materials will be the same resulting in your item looking very much like the product pictures.
How fast will I get the product?
We keep supplies on-hand for making most items, however some items, such as pottery, involve more curing time so will take a little longer. In general, hats and leather goods will ship within 7 days and pottery within 2-3 weeks.
How do I clean my hat?
All of our hat patches are stitched and very durable, however it’s best to not machine wash or machine dry them. We recommend spot cleaning with a gentle detergent (like Dawn) mixed with water, using a soft-bristled toothbrush in a circular motion on any stains, wipe with wet microfiber cloth, and air dry.
Do you ship outside of the US?
We currently only ship in the continental US.
What are your delivery options?
We offer free standard shipping on all goods we make. If you have a rush situation, please contact us for more information.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a refund or exchange.
